All orders are shipped with track & trace. Tracking information will be sent once your order has been shipped.

Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery.

To request a return, please contact contact@disappearedstudios.com with your order number and reason for return.

Items must be returned unworn, unwashed and in their original condition, with all original tags attached.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

Returns can be sent to the return address provided after your return request is approved.

Once we receive and inspect your return, your refund will be processed.
